OUR MISSION

4T's Productions is a Non Profit organization based in Manhattan, New York, dedicated to the Professional Skill Set Development of disconnected youth and young adults through our programs and services that provide career and entrepreneurship guidance and consultations.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services - Administration for Children and Families defines Positive Youth Development as an approach toward all youth that builds on their assets and their potential and helps counter the problems that affect them. It goes on to say; "Young people are far more likely to succeed if they are active participants in decision-making that affects their lives and their communities.

4T's uses this approach in the form of PPI (Positive Peer Influence). PPI is an effective and comprehensive tool designed to motivate self-achievement in youth from young professionals with established successful careers.

As an added feature to both the youth and young adults, our programs include the fundamentals steps necessary for entrepreneurship attainment which has proven to inspire youth and young adults to invest in their future by deciding to fully commit to learning about entretrepreneurship. This feature challenge and channels their interest in education to a new level positioning them as active participants in the decison-making process that affects their lives and their communities.
