4T's collaborates with schools, organizations and businesses that are reputable and well-organized. We look for alliances that we can engage with - a mission, objective and dedicated staff committed to executing joint initiatives toward the professional development of inner-city youth. 
 
 
COMPANY HISTORY
 
4T's Productions began in October 1992 by Kayode Bentley with a group of inner-city youth from his community in the Bronx NY who came together with a desire to produce a unique type of fashion show. The show was unique in that it displayed the professionalism of inner-city youth. A show organized, produced and directed by youth designed to showcase youth in professional attire fit for the corporate workplace. It also included various attire that revealed the intellectual side of youth related to all environments, environments for various types of attire such as formal, semi-formal, casual and semi-casual and sporty. The youth involved in this organization have proceeded to lead successful careers in various fields in Government, Education and Corporate industries.
 
OUR MISSION
 
  • To provide students Career Counseling, Guidance and tools that results in effectively increasing their interest in schools, increasing graduation rates and job placment that puts them on a solid path toward establishing their career.
  • To provide Young Professionals with tools that results in effectively managing or starting a business that puts them on a solid path toward Entrepreneurship.
 
 
MANAGEMENT
 
Kayode Bentley, President & Founder
Kayode has over 15 years of Corporate experience. During his tenure at Alfred State College he served on the Student Senate and as President of the Black Student Union, at which time he successfully produced the schools first successful fundraising fashion show. During his tenure at Woolworth Corporations corporate office (currently Footlocker), he was promoted from MIS (Management Information Systems) Department Console rooms operator to supervisor. During his time in this position he succesfully controlled all of the department's operations, effectively cutting operational costs and developing effective systems for report production to top executives of the corporation thus bringing him to the attention of the Executives who acknowledged and rewarded his expertise by promoting him from the supervisor role to management. His success continued on his quest for further opportunity at Bloomberg LP. During is tenure at Bloomberg, he was promoted from Installation Coordinator to Tech Support Specialist and as with Woolworth he excelled once again by improving processes which brought him to the attention of managment thereby rewarding him to his currently held position as the Software Release Manager for the Bloomberg core product.
 
During his tenure at Woolworth and Bloomberg LP he has and still invests his time starting, establishing and expanding 4T's Productions, a organization dedicated to helping youth develop workplace competencies in direct relation to thier personal skill set in preparation for careers in the workforce.
 
 
Patrick Delices, Sr. Vice President of Administration and Board of Director
Patrick is honored to take on the role of Sr.VP of Administration with the responsibility for operational activities and liason with contacts. He delegates, supervises and manage all personnel. Mr. Delices also holds the position of Director of Career Planning at Domincan College.
 
Mr. Delices received his education at City College of New York, where he obtained a BA in International Relations and Black Studies and a MS in Education (Administration and Supervision). He interned at the City College of New York Department of Black Studies and at the United Nations International Childrens Fund. He has also studied abroad in Tanzania and Egypt on a collegiate scholarship.
 
As a young professional, Patrick has a very strong commitment to the development process of urban city youths.
