Juvenile Justice & Delinquency Prevention - Educational System Report:

Ten states identified the lack of educational resources in schools in minority neighborhoods, the failure of schools to engage minority students and their families, the inability to prevent early and high rates of school dropout among minority students, and the concomitant failure of minority students and their families to participate fully in the educational system as factors contributing to early academic failure and early involvement in delinquency.

 

SERVICES

These services create the environments where students can effectively develop their skills in handling material and learn about human resources, acquire, evaluate, organize, interpret and communicate information, use computers to process information, participate as a member of a team, teach others, serve clients, exercise leadership, become proficient in developing their negotiation skills, work with cultural diversity, understand systems, monitor and correct their performance from both their peers and management. As a result of exposing youth to these services, our clients become more confident in helping youth with thier professional development using our effective programs that guarantee successful outcomes.

Our consultations are designed to provide the client our administrative expertise towards helping them implement selected programs and services effectively.

Fashion Event Production

We present new styles and trends focused on the successful professionalism of youth and young adults. These events exposes youth to work environments that help them develop their listening, speaking, decison-making, problem-solving, mental visualization skills. Through the effective use of this service we provide clients with modern, effective new styles of fashion and talent presentation designed and proven to excite the audience and generate maximum exposure. 4T's event directors are steps ahead of the competition through their effective use of youth's creativity along with the experience of combining unique blends of style with vision which connects to both young and mature audiences.

Talent Event Production

We effectively utilized this service to display the skills within youth as a result of their hard work, discipline and training. This event helps youth gain the discipline and experience required to be competitive and successful should they decide to pursue and further develop thier skill set in this area of our productions. These are showcases that install in youth a sence of self worth and organization, all of which are required in the production of 4T's level of successful events in which our clients have come to expect.

Our Student Excel program is designed to provide youth with the fundamental skills and information on
how to start on the road to establishing a career. Through our Fashion Events service (which also serve
as a fundraiser) establishes an application approach that helps youth take what they have learned through
the program and apply it to real world scenarios in an actual career related to business operations.
Through our Talent Exposure service (Fundraiser) serves as a springboard for youth creativity in Technology, Sciences and inventions in addition to conventional entertainment such as singing and dancing.

EVENT SPONSORSHIP

Schools, organizations, corporations, parents and individuals may choose to sponsor 4T's Productions fundraisers which are in the form of Fashion Events and Talent Exposures. By sponsoring these fundraisers, your organization will help generate public awareness and participation in exposing the professional development of inner-city youth skill sets, supporting and helping them effectively prepare for attaining of a career.
