4T's Productions - Teaching Teens To Think is a 501(c)(3) Non Profit organization that Teaches Teens To Think and plan for their future. We help students and youth re-engage in high school in order to effectively pursue higher education, prepare for a career and start a business. We also provide support for educators in schools and organizations. We accomplish this through our three core programs. These programs cover the essential areas needed to for career attainment across various industries. They teach students how to develop their natural skill set(s) to the level required in order to establish a career and position them for Entrepreneurship if so desired. Through 4T's services, Workplace Competency environments are created where students effectively develop their skill set(s). 
The U.S.Department of Health and Human Services - Administration for Children and Families defines Positive Youth Development as an approach toward all youth that builds on their assets and their potential and helps counter the problems that affect them. It goes on to say; "Young people are far more likely to succeed if they are active participants in decision-making that affects their lives and their communities. 4T's compliments this Positive Youth Development approach as outlined by the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services by effectively using a unique approach we developed called PPI (Positive Peer Influence). This approach is proven comprehensive process that motivates self-achievement in youth as a result of their exposure to other young professionals who have established successful careers. | Development Library Teachers & Parents Lounge
